Shipping & Delivery
Portable Massage tables and accessories ship the next business day by Federal Express. Stationary and Lift tables ship in three business days by common carrier (LTL Trucking).
All shipping charges for internet orders delivered within the continental United States assume ground delivery. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico need to be shipped by air and additional charges will be added. If special or expedited services are needed, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 441-6759 for rates and availability. We do not ship to APO addresses.

Any orders placed on nights, weekends or holidays, will not be processed until the following business day.

Returns & Replacements
You may return any unused product to Inner Strength within the first 30 days and we will refund your money less shipping costs. Please call our Customer Service Departmentat (800) 441-6759 for approval before returning any product.
If you need to cancel or amend your web order, please call us immediately as once your order is sent to our warehouse it is difficult to prevent shipment. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we'll simply process your request as a return.

Warranty
InnerStrength guarantees our portable tables, excluding foam and upholstery, against defects in material and workmanship for (5) five years from the original date of purchase, and portable chairs for (3) years from original date of purchase. Foam, upholstery, and facecradle platforms are warranted for three (3) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect, which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners. Warranty claims must provide proof of original purchase to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at InnerStrength sole discretion.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the factory (at customer’s expense) for any warranty claim. InnerStrength will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental U.S. only. International customers as well as domestic customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
